Training Executives Across Cultures

Since 1998 Innovation Focus has partnered with Millersville University of Pennsylvania’s Shanghai Executive Training Program.  Again this year, Anne Orban and Michael Shaw of Innovation Focus had the pleasure of working with the executive team in a day-long session that introduced them to the process tools and techniques for creative problem solving. Dr Enyang Guo, director of the program for Millersville University said, “I received lots of good words about the seminar. I believe it is a good experience for the trainees and they enjoyed the seminar a lot.”
