Tom Dwyer worked with the Social Security Administration for over 25 years implementing disability programs for residents of Pennsylvania. This work has given Tom a broad level working knowledge of many disease states. Benefits for disabled coal miners, Disabled Children’s Benefits, and Social Security Disability Benefits for wage earners covered under Disability Provisions of The Social Security Act. 
He has worked with Innovation Focus for over 4 years supporting the practice of medical anthropology, using his extensive medical background to help to identify and interpret deep needs and translating patient and practitioner language into usable design and development requirements.
