Jennifer McHenry is a project manager, researcher and marketing writer for Innovation Focus. She enjoys helping to realize clients’ objectives focused on new product development and market research. She is closely involved in Innovation Focus’ ethnography training courses and research projects. She provides primary interviewer and support roles in all stages of unique projects. Jen has taken over writing our monthly newsletter publication and is also working on several other internal writing projects.

Jen graduated from Millersville University in 2008 where she earned a BS in Speech Communication with a focus in Communication Research and a minor in English. She worked her way through school as a retail manager for a large corporation and as a marketing manager for a small company. Jen’s previous work experience has given her excellent client relations skills, resourceful problem solving skills and creative and technical writing experience.

She is an outgoing person that loves to get to know new people and learn from them. Jen enjoys spending time with her husband and cooking for dinner parties at their home. Her hobbies include running, hiking, reading fantasy and historical fiction novels, and listening and singing along to Broadway musicals (for anyone who doesn’t know to cover their ears).
