Jennifer Arnold is an Associate. Jen’s role at Innovation Focus is to support our clients’ unique objectives focused on new product development and market research.

Before joining Innovation Focus, Jen worked in the advertising and marketing industry for more than 10 years. Most currently, she worked at Lancaster’s Scheffey Integrated Marketing, where she enjoyed client interaction, devising marketing plans and assisting the creative department. 

She is a 1994 graduate of Pennsylvania School of Art & Design and is currently continuing her studies at Lebanon Valley College where she is working toward her bachelor’s degree.

Jen lives in Holtwood, Lancaster County with her husband Derek. Her hobbies include bicycling, gardening, drawing and riding across the country on her husband’s Harley.
