Rich Notargiacomo

Rich Notargiacomo is Managing Partner of Innovation Focus – Rochester, a regional affiliate of Innovation Focus.

Rich is a seasoned new products and innovation professional with a track record of successfully developing new products and managing new product teams. He has worked with new products from perspectives such as product development, marketing, manufacturing, operations, business and product management, strategic planning, and technology management.  His experience spans strategy development through commercialization and product discontinuance. In all, he has “touched” over 150 new products and services, working with teams and partner companies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. He holds two patents in Internet-based commerce.

Rich is Chairman and President of the Product Development and Management Association, a professional association comprised over 3600 people throughout the world engaged in product development and innovation.

He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Rochester Institute of Technology’s E. Philip Saunders College of Business where he teaches undergraduate and graduate level courses in strategy, small business consulting, and technology commercialization.
